ML Clark Construction and Consulting, Inc. is a professional corporation providing services in the field of general construction, construction defect consulting and litigation, cost estimating and expert witness testimony. Our firm, with its headquarters in the Inland Empire area of Riverside County was founded in 2003. Our principal expert has more than 35 years’ experience in the construction industry. Mr. Clark has served as a construction expert on behalf of more than 1000 clients and has provided consulting services and expert testimony at trial and arbitration in the Federal and Superior Courts in construction defect, real estate disclosure, first party and personal injury matters.
